• AI-powered sales simulation and roleplay environments.
• Automated evaluation and scoring of sales competencies.
• Sales rep certification and readiness assessment.
• KPI tracking and performance reporting.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for each client engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work signed between the parties. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable prior notice. Material changes to the scope of contracted services require mutual written agreement.

3. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, methodologies, frameworks, software, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Habitmon Digital SRL or its licensors, protected under Romanian and EU copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent from Habitmon Digital SRL.

Client data, call recordings, and sales materials shared with us in the course of a service engagement remain the property of the Client. We process such materials solely to deliver the contracted services.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to treat as confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services, including client sales data, methodologies, pricing, and business processes. This obligation survives the termination of any service engagement for a period of 3 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habitmon Digital SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this website or the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Habitmon Digital SRL in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This website and the information contained herein are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Data Protection

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client organisation (e.g. names and performance data of sales reps), this is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and, where applicable, the law of the European Union. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

11. Amendments

Habitmon Digital SRL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of this website following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
